About The Role
Technical Support is a key role in the IT field responsible for assisting users in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This role involves installing and maintaining devices, providing daily user support, documenting technical problems and solutions, and ensuring the overall stability and security of IT infrastructure. Technical Support professionals must have strong problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure, whether supporting internal teams or external clients, remotely or on-site. They act as the first line of defense in maintaining a smooth and efficient technological environment
Requirements
- Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (Technical Support / IT Support / AV Technician). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to perform hardware/software troubleshooting independently.
- Basic understanding of computer networking systems (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP address), Windows/Mac operating systems.
- Experience or knowledge in AV (Audio Visual) systems is a plus.
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel to project sites if needed.
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and demonstrates good work ethics.
1. Internal IT Support As Internal IT Support you must Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of office hardware and software (PCs, printers, network, email systems, etc.), Provide daily technical assistance to all company employees and Ensure the office’s IT systems and infrastructure function properly and securely.
2. AV and IT System Implementation SupportAs AV and IT System Implementation Support you must Assist in technical preparation and installation of AV/IT systems at customer sites (such as Digital Signage, Interactive Displays, Networking, and more), Perform device inspection, configuration, and testing before and after installation, and Support the project team during the technology implementation process on site.
3. Technical and Documentation TasksAs Technical and Documentation Tasks you must Prepare technical documentation related to IT assets, installations, and user guides, Collaborate with the engineering or project management team to ensure smooth technical execution of projects and Provide basic technical training or briefings to internal users or clients when needed.
