About The Role

UI/UX Designers have the responsibility to create wireframes, mockups, and basic layout designs for applications or websites. They ensure that the visual design aligns with the brand guidelines, including consistent use of colors, typography, and iconography. They support the design of pages and visual components based on directions from senior designers, and assist in crafting user flows, user journeys, and basic interaction designs. UI/UX designers also participate in user research activities, usability testing, and user surveys, and help translate research insights into design improvements. They collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Senior UI/UX Designers to make sure the design fits the product’s needs. Actively engaging in team discussions to understand user pain points and propose design solutions is also part of their role. In addition, they are expected to continuously improve their skills in areas like design thinking, accessibility, and responsive design, while keeping up with the latest design trends and best practices in the digital industry.

Requirements

1. Understands visual design for applications/websites, including color selection, typography, and iconography
2. Knowledgeable in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
3. Capable of solving problems based on user needs
4. Proficient in using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Balsamiq
5. Has a basic understanding of visual design and branding principles
6. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
7. Able to identify user needs and pain points
8. Capable of developing design solutions based on user problems
9. Able to collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders
10. Able to create designs that are both attractive and functional
11. Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Informatics, or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
12. Minimum experience: 1–2 years in UI/UX design
13. Age between 21–35 years old
